Purchaser’s Obligations

The Purchaser will assume full responsibility in respect of the ground conditions and environmental contamination and indemnify the Seller and the Joint Administrators against all past, present and future liabilities whether on or off the Property following the sale.

Environmental Impact Assessment updates would be required for any other additional planning submission including for an extant use only development, and /or prior to redevelopment of the site.  Likewise, required mitigation measures would need to be reassessed.
