JLL is instructed to market the freehold interest in the property. The vendor’s preference is to secure an unconditional disposal of the whole during Q4 2018. The proposed informal tender process and timing is outlined under the Sales Process heading above.

Strategically located c.1.5 miles from Junction 4 of the M20 motorway, the Site is situated within a predominately industrial area adjacent to New Hythe Business Park.

The Site extends to a total gross area of approximately 44.11 hectares (109 acres) and was occupied entirely by ANL until it went into Administration in February 2015. The overall landholding is bisected by both a railway line and the M20 motorway to form four separate parcels of land, two of which have redevelopment potential.

As an allocated and safeguarded key employment Site, under the Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council Local Plan, it presents a prime large scale development opportunity, subject to receipt of the necessary planning consents.
