An area of hard-standing on the western boundary of the Property is subject to an excluded occupational lease (used for lorry parking) in favour of SRCL Limited at an annual rent of £40,000 per annum. The lease is for a term of 3 years from 1 April 2018 until 31 March 2021 and is terminable by either party on 2 months’ notice.
